F+S RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged by contacting Field + Supply within 7 days of order fulfillment and returning the item(s) within 14 days of order fulfillment. Please email info@fieldandsupply.com to request a return or exchange.  Approved returns must be shipped directly back to the seller.  Field + Supply will provide the return shipping address upon request. 

All items must be returned to the seller unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for returned items that have been used or show signs of wear.  Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Items damaged in transit during return shipping are not eligible for refund or exchange.  We encourage you to purchase insurance when shipping back an item for return or exchange.

*Final sale items are noted on the product page and include but are not limited to food, apothecary items, furniture, lighting, gift cards, made-to-order items, and sale items. All orders outside the U.S. are final sales.

Some items are subject to a restocking fee.  Items subject to this fee will be noted along with the restocking fee amount in the return/exchange section of the product page. 

Approved returns will be refunded less any shipping costs and the restocking fees, within 15 days of return receipt. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

Field + Supply does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
